Returns and Refunds 

Refunds will be given in the form of store credit once the purchased item is returned seven (7) days in the same condition as it was purchased. The item being returned or exchanged must be presented along with the receipt which was generated at the time of purchase. We do not allow more than two (2) consecutive exchanges or returns per transaction. 

Warranty

A standard one (1) month warranty is given with all items upon purchase. Should the purchased item be found defective, through no fault of the customer, the warranty is acknowledged and valid only for the above period. Each customer, upon request, has the option to purchase an extended warranty on any item which will remain valid for a period of four (4) months. 

Governing Law

We want you to enjoy our website and our products and services provided. Should you have an issue we ask that you firstly reach out and contact us with feedback of your concerns (here). By using our services any claims arising out of, or relating to, these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the Laws of Trinidad and Tobago.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our company or any of its directors, managers, employees and/or its officers be responsible or liable in any manner for any user-generated content. We exclude and disclaim any liability for any losses and expenses of whatever nature and howsoever arising including but not limited to any direct, indirect, general, special or consequential damages, loss of data or loss caused by a virus, loss of or damage to property or loss of income or profit arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website or any products available on our website.
